Changes to your circumstances
You do not need to inform us of any changes to your personal or financial circumstances through this website. You should however, report any changes to your circumstances to your adviser if you are currently applying or about to apply for mortgage finance.
Fees
We do not charge fees to arrange residential mortgages.
To arrange buy to let mortgages we charge a fee of £295 per mortgage on production of the mortgage offer, this fee is payable whether the loan completes or not.
To arrange a commercial loan, bridging or development finance we charge a fee of £995 upfront and 1% of the loan on completion.
To arrange equity release or home reversion plans we charge a fee of £995 that is payable on completion.
