Gift Card Incentive Terms & Conditions:

Teachers Financial Planning Ltd operate an incentive that rewards new clients with a £75 Amazon Gift card when they arrange a residential mortgage though the firm. The incentive is subject to the following terms below and we reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

  • You have not previously arranged and claimed a gift card for a mortgage or re-mortgage from Teachers Financial Planning Ltd.
  • You arrange your mortgage or re-mortgage via the Teachers Financial Planning Ltd mortgage service. If you have arranged your own mortgage, you will not be eligible for the gift card.
  • The mortgage or re-mortgage that you are claiming the gift card for, is for a residential property in the United Kingdom.
  • Your purchase or re-mortgage loan amount is for at least £50,000. If your mortgage is lower than £50,000, we will still help you without charging an advice fee for a residential mortgage, however you won’t be eligible for the Amazon gift card.
  • The £75 Amazon gift card is due only for the first mortgage or re-mortgage processed through Teachers Financial Planning Ltd and you must have registered for the incentive before applying for a mortgage.
  • The gift card will be processed and sent to the client within 30 days of the mortgage completing by email. It is conditional that the mortgage completes. If the mortgage does not complete for any reason, then no gift card is due.
